Howard Quayle speaking ahead of Island Games
The chief minister says it would be hard to quantify how Manx athletes have improved the perception of the Isle of Man.
Howard Quayle was responding to a question in the House of Keys from Arbory, Malew and Castletown MHK Jason Moorhouse.
The issue was raised ahead of the Natwest Island Games in Gibraltar, which start at the end of next week.
Mr Quayle said he was aware that athletes of all ages did an enormous amount to boost the Island's reputation:
Business confidence cools as costs climb and demand outlook weakens, survey finds
Treasury eyes tougher immigration rules to tackle 'risks' facing system
Neonatal Care Leave 'would have been invaluable to us as a family'
