130 Houses and bypass for village
There's a chance to view, and have your say on, plans for a major housing development in Ballasalla and a bypass around the village.
They will be on display in Malew Parish Commissioners' Office today.
The consultation focuses on the first of three phases of Dandara's development, which features more than 130 two, three and four-bedroom properties.
Dandara architect Sue Cannell and Planning Director David Humphrey will be at the consultation to answer any questions.
Following the consultation, Dandara says it will refine the design and, once complete, a planning application will be submitted.
Taking design completion and planning into consideration, Dandara says it hopes the first phase of homes will be available for purchase in the autumn.
