Work's being done in Liverpool to fit extra fittings
The Bee Gees statue has been removed from Douglas Prom while it has work done to it.
The bronze tribute is being shipped to Liverpool to allow extra fixings to be fitted.
It will return in a few weeks time.
Mary-Ann Evans is visiting the Island and on holiday from Oxfordshire in the UK who explains why she's excited to have seen the statue before it was removed:
Aviation safety audit will be 'completely independent'
Public counters to close for refurbishment works
Businesses invited to meeting to discuss pending Minimum Wage rise
Castletown Commissioners apply for permission to have new works depot
