Ports pubs unite for weekend of events
A celebration of real ale, craft beer and live music swings into action tonight as the 'The Great Two Ports Beerfest' opens (13 Oct).
The event will see all the pubs in Port Erin and Port St Mary team-up to offer more than 30 different guest and local ales across the weekend, with live music also planned.
Marcel Drozdik landlord of the Bay in Port Erin believes the festival will offer something for everyone and provide an opportunity to learn more about real ale.
He says the southern Beerfest could become an annual event:
