A local befriending charity has welcomed the introduction of bubbles on the Isle of Man.
Southern Befrienders says, sadly, the impacts of the pandemic are all too familiar to many elderly people on the Island.
The befriending charity has welcomed new rules which allow single people, and lone parents, to team up with another household during the lockdown.
