Summit to be held virtually for the first time
The governments of the British Isles, including the Isle of Man, will meet virtually to discuss economic recovery following the coronavirus pandemic later this week.
First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon will host the 34th British-Irish Council Summit, which was originally scheduled to take place earlier this year.
Leaders and ministers from eight administrations will attend the event on Friday.
It's the first time a BIC Summit has taken place virtually.
