Charity drum-a-thon wraps up
The Big Beat crashed to its conclusion at the Villa Marina yesterday afternoon.
Six percussionists slogged through a consecutive fifty-three hours and eight minutes of drumming to music, in aid of Craig's Heartstrong Foundation.
Last time the event took place in 2014, thousands were raised - but organisers are predicting the target will be smashed this time around.
One of the drummers, Noah Egelnick, told Manx Radio how he made it through the epic slog:
Flu jab availability varying 'from pharmacy to pharmacy'
Police issue assurance amid concerns from Island's Jewish community
MHK calls for government to use more Manx food and drink
Bus strikes, minimum wage and meat board appointment among topics for House of Keys
