Trials champion to take on mega challenge
A British trials champion is to undertake a 'wheelie' big stunt on the Island next month.
Dougie Lampkin will attempt a full lap of the TT Mountain Course, purely on the back wheel of his motorbike, on Saturday, 24 September.
The 40-year-old, originally from Silsden, West Yorkshire, has seven Trials World Championship titles under his belt - but believes this one could be one of his toughest challenges yet.
He's hoping to complete the 37.75 mile course in under two hours.
The challenge will be broadcast in association with energy drink Red Bull.
