A Manx bodybuilder has won four categories at his first competition.
Rio Garcia began preparation in April, after a successful weight loss journey.
The 24-year-old competed at Pure Elite in Manchester at the weekend, and topped the muscle model, tattooed muscle model, men's classic bodybuilding and men's transformation categories.
It means he's earned his pro card, and in future will compete against other professionals.
