CoMin decide against moving to Level 4 of reopening strategy
The chief minister says the Island's borders will continue to remain closed for the time being, due to 'uncertainty' overseas.
Speaking at the latest government media briefing, Howard Quayle said the Council of Ministers decided against moving to Level 4 of the border reopening strategy.
The border road map moves from Level 5 down to Level 1 - which will mark a full reopening.
Mr Quayle explained the decision:
