Health Minister discusses pros and cons of new measures
The health minister says new rules allowing two households to connect are 'crucial' but admits they're open to abuse.
As lockdown looks to be extended until at least 6 April, government says those who live alone, or lone parent families, can form a 'bubble' to access more support.
The 'other' household can have multiple people in, but every person in that group is then tied to that single bubble.
