Allinson wins support for second Budget
Tynwald has approved the Budget for the next financial year.
Treasury Minister Alex Allinson won the backing of the court for his Pink Book which sets out how the Island’s money will be spent during 2024-2025.
Eighteen members of the House of Keys voted for the Budget with six voting against.
They were MHK's Claire Christian, Tim Glover, Jason Moorhouse, Juan Watterson, Chris Thomas and John Wannenburgh.
All eight members of the Legislative Council voted in favour of it.
The vote was taken just before 4.10pm.
