Strategy would market Isle of Man as attractive place to live and work
A marketing budget in excess of £400,000 will be used to fund a scheme to attract more skilled workers to the Isle of Man, if approved in Tynwald.
Enterprise Minister Laurence Skelly will be looking for support for the Locate Isle of Man strategy at this month's sitting.
If given the go-ahead, funds will be used to promote the Island as an attractive destination to live and work in a bid to increase the economically active population.
Mr Skelly explains many sectors are currently finding it difficult to recruit sufficiently skilled employees.
