Unlikely residents will move into the care home before May
It's unlikely Summer Hill View residential home will have any residents before May next year.
The £11.7 million pound facility is being built on the site of the former Glenside home near Governor's Hill.
Building work is supposed to have finished but it's been delayed until early next year.
