MHK asks what's being done to make buses accessible to all
It's crucial the Island's bus network doesn't exclude passengers because they have additional needs.
That's the view of Douglas North MHK David Ashford who will ask about accessibility issues for bus users in this morning's sitting of the House of Keys.
Mr Ashford says the height of kerbs at bus stops, as well as rules preventing some mobility scooter users from using buses, can create challenges for those with mobility issues.
He says more needs to be done to ensure everyone can use public transport:
