Bus services disrupted

 

Buses are being disrupted because of road closures and the expected storm surge.

Diversions will be in place from 11am until roads re-open.


Bus Vannin says the services affected are:
Service 1/1A/2



Buses are unable to serve Victoria Road, Castletown and Castletown Square. Buses are being diverted via School Hill, Castletown Bypass to Castle Rushen School to turn and vice versa.

Buses are unable to serve stops between Broadway and Derby Castle. Buses are being diverted from the Villa Marina Stop via Broadway, Victoria Road, Summerhill, Strathallan Road to Port Jack and vice versa.


Service 2


Buses are unable to serve Gansey and are being diverted from Castletown to Port St Mary via Colby and Church Road and vice versa.


Service 4


Buses are unable to serve Leigh Terrace and are being diverted from Lord Street via Peel Road and Groves Road to Cooil Road and vice versa.


Ramsey Town Service


Buses are unable to serve Mooragh Promenade and are being diverted via Bowring Road to Ormley Estate to turn.
