It will hold a tap room, a eatery and a brewery tour
The founder of Bushy's Brewery has described the company's move from Mount Murray to Castletown as a 'wonderful addition' to the ancient town.
Last week planning approval was unanimously granted for a new tap room and a 90-seat eatery as well as offices.
Castletown Commissioners confirmed a planning application to relocate into the works yard was approved by the planning committee.
The local authority says the proposal will be subject to a petition to the Department of Infrastructure in the near future in order to progress.
Martin Brunnschweiler told Manx Radio not only will the move create jobs but also add vibrancy to the south of the Island.
He added aside from welcoming locals for beer tours, they also look forward to entertaining passengers from cruise ships:
