Union in pay dispute says Island system is 'creaking'
There's a call for government investment in education.
NASUWT branch secretary Geraldine O'Neill says her union's current dispute over pay and terms is symptomatic of a wider issue.
She says recruitment and keeping teachers on the Island is another area of concern, where she hopes for support from the department of education:-
