Island can offer "best abortion service in British Isles"
The Campaign for Abortion Law Modernisation says the new Abortion Reform Bill, which gained royal assent yesterday (Tues 15), means the Isle of Man can now provide "the best abortion service in the British Isles".
It comes two years after Dr Alex Allinson MHK called upon the House of Keys to alter the legislative framework on the Island.
Spokesperson Stephanie Kelsey says the delay was worthwhile.
