A recent breast cancer fundraising event has helped to replace important equipment at Noble's Hospital.
The Manx Breast Cancer Support Group says the 'Booby Bear Fun Run' in Ramsey brought in £4,500.
Carole Male is the charity vice chair and says the event was invaluable.
