Case involves six kilos of the drug
A Merseyside man accused of trying to smuggle £120,000-worth of cannabis into the Island will appear in court again later this month.
Forty-six-year-old Thomas James Taylor, of Lilly Green in Liverpool, denied producing the class B drug and possessing it with intent to supply when he appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
He’s accused of bringing six kilos of cannabis bush to the Island on 26 April.
His advocate made no bail application, and Mr Taylor was remanded in custody until he appears again on 28 May.
