Cannan: 'Too early to reveal any re-election plans'

Chief minister won't be drawn on if he's standing in September

The chief minister has told Manx Radio it’s too early to say if he’ll stand for re-election in September.

Alfred Cannan has served as an MHK for Ayre and Michael since 2011.

He was elected to the chief minister position following the last General Election in 2021.

The Island will go to the polls on 24 September to elect 24 MHKs to the House of Keys.
