Mystery buyer ends months-long uncertainty
The Castle Mona Hotel has been sold.
An unknown bidder secured the historic property on Douglas Promenade this morning, meeting the auction reserve price of £1 million.
Discussions about the site's future have been ongoing for a number of months, with several parties registering their interest.
