Daisy Arnold spoke during a special debate
A Castle Rushen High School student has become the first to address the UK Youth parliament in the House of Commons.
16-year-old Daisy Arnold spoke during a special debate for Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories, hosted by the House of Commons Speaker's Office.
