It follows a 'notable increase' in enquiries about the site

It says there's been a 'notable increase' in the amount of enquiries about the site and the removal of the reuse area.
Residents are being whether they agree with the policy of prioritising commercial users and if the reuse was reinstated, would they be willing to pay a higher rate.
Castletown's ratepayers are asked to send their answers to the clerk, in writing, at the town hall or by email through clerk@castletown.gov.im.
