Appeals Inspector's verdict upheld by Minister
Plans for the re-development of the semi-derelict Castletown Golf Links Hotel site have been rejected at appeal.
Fort Island Developments Ltd sought permission to build a new hotel with 40 residential apartments, along with associated highways and drainage works.
The company's original application was rejected in December 2021.
The decision of the Planning Appeals Inspector has been upheld by DEFA Minister Claire Barber.
