Charities in the Island seeking new volunteers are making a pitch for your time and talents at a fun event this weekend (Saturday, March 1).
It's aimed at would-be volunteers who'd like to give a few hours back to the community - and will mark the start of the Island's first dedicated Volunteer Week.
The event at the Sefton Hotel will bring around 30 charities together in one place, giving local people a chance to grab information and chat about opportunities in one 'hit'.
This year's theme is happy families - with charities inviting new recruits to join their 'family' of volunteers.
Alison Lester, manager of the volunteer service at Noble's hospital, is organising the day:
The volunteer recruitment drive takes place at the Sefton Hotel Garden room from 10am-2pm.
