Manx Utilities holding public information events today and tomorrow
The first of two chances for the public to see plans for a new sewage treatment works in Garff is taking place today.
Manx Utilities is holding a public information event at Laxey Sailing Club from 11am to 7.30pm.
A second session takes place at the same time tomorrow in Baldrine Methodist Church.
A planning application is due to be submitted next year which if approved would see wastewater pumped from Baldrine and Laxey to a new treatment works on the edge of the Axnfell plantation.
