Commissioners say the project is under budget
A changing shelter for sea swimmers and beach goers is due to open on Ramsey's south promenade next month.
The project is currently under budget and the commissioners have been working with local swimming groups and charities.
The local authority has had support from the Queen's Pier Trust which has given them old timber to use for cladding parts of the shelter.
