Hundreds of millions suffer from disease worldwide
A Manx charity will launch this month to help those suffering from leprosy.
Leprosy Mission Isle of Man has been set up to tackle the effects of the disease, which still impacts hundreds of millions of people around the world.
An event will take place in Peel Cathedral on Saturday evening as part of the charity's launch, featuring a talk by 'Songs of Praise' presenter Pam Rhodes.
Ellie Duchars, one of the organisation's trustees, spent time in Nepal watching the work of a mission there.
