New qualification for Victim Support manager
There's to be a tweak to the approach Victim Support Isle of Man takes in helping people deal with domestic abuse.
It's after the charity's manager, Paula Gelling, completed a course to qualify as an independent domestic violence advisor.
She says it's about empowering the person themselves to make the decision, rather than telling them what they need to do:
