Victim Support assists victims of crime with a wide range of help and assistance with each case assessed on the needs of those involved.
It can include, but is not limited to, updates after court appearances by defendants, and visits to empty court rooms ahead of a trial to explain the legal process.
Emotional and practical support before, during and after a trial and sentencing is also offered as well as quiet rooms during proceedings.
Victim Support can also provide refreshments.
