Change of approach needed, says Roberts
The chief constable says he wants to see a change of approach and more early intervention, as he looks to modernise the Manx force.
Gary Roberts has been speaking following the release of his annual report, which will be laid before Tynwald this month.
It covers 2017/18, and arrives in an ongoing climate of cuts.
