Roberts says licensing act needs an update
Local alcohol producers whose plans are hamstrung by outdated legislation have the sympathy of the chief constable.
Gary Roberts has been speaking to Manx Radio after delivering a speech at the opening of the triennial sessions of the Licensing Court this week.
