Move as claim current set-up stifles growth
The Chief Minister has reinforced his view that the Island's work permit system must change.
It echoes the stance put forward in the framework programme for government, delivered in Tynwald yesterday, as well as comments from the Chamber of Commerce that the current setup 'stifles' economic growth.
