Chief Minister expects VAT apology

Isle of Man cleared of wrongdoing by UK Treasury

The Chief Minister says he expects an apology from those who suggested the Isle of Man had broken the law over VAT.

The UK Treasury published a report yesterday clearing the Island of wrongdoing over its VAT practice on imported aircraft.

The accusations date back to the publication of the Paradise Papers in 2017.
