Power and water issues being treated
Residents in the north should have their water supplies restored fully by later this morning.
A main pipe on Bayr Ny Harrey Road in Ramsey burst yesterday, cutting off a number of nearby homes.
Manx Utilities says engineers have been working to repair it.
In an unrelated incident, several properties in Maughold also suffered a power cut yesterday - this has now been rectified.
