There's extra parking in the capital for shoppers hitting the high street in Douglas in the run-up to Christmas.
The promenade walkway disc parking zone is up and running again, open from 9.30am until 9pm each day until January 5.
As in the past a one-way system's in operation, with the entrance at the War Memorial and the exit by the bottleneck car park at the Sea Terminal.
The Department of Infrastructure is warning drivers no parking's allowed on the sea side of the walkway and a 10 miles-per-hour speed limit is in force. The cycle lane's been suspended in the car park area.
Motorists should beware of weather conditions at high tides and in strong winds.
