Hardship warning from commissioners' chairman
The chairman of Onchan Commissioners says any further social rent increase for its tenants could have a disastrous impact.
Board members have asked Infrastructure chiefs to freeze social housing rents next year.
The DOI is currently consulting about rises for 2018.
