Chief Minister reiterates need for change following Dr Ranson tribunal findings
Cultural issues within the civil service need to be reformed and changed in the next 12 months.
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan made the comments on Manx Radio's Mannin Line this lunchtime.
He recently ordered a series of reviews following the publication of the findings of an employment tribunal, which found Medical Director Dr Rosalind Ranson was unfairly dismissed from her role.
