Daphne Caine has served on the board since 2021
The chair of the Climate Change Transformation Board says she's intending to stand down to focus on her role as education minister.
Daphne Caine was appointed to the body in 2021, before joining the Council of Ministers earlier this year.
A decision on the future of the role will be made by Chief Minister Alfred Cannan.
But Mrs Caine believes there could be changes to the job going forward:
