Local beekeeper says decline is noticeable
A local beekeeper says the reported drastic decline of pollinators is a result of more extreme weather.
Harry Owens, who has been an apiarist for over fifty years, believes climate change is taking its toll on local bee populations.
A combination of harsher conditions along with sprays, according to wildlife experts, are destroying insect habitats, with some calling it an ecological disaster.
