Clinical navigators making 'real difference' to ESJCR

Role introduced two years ago to help cope with increasing demand

Clinical navigators are said to be making a 'real difference' to the Island's Emergency Services Joint Control Room.

The role was introduced two years ago as a way to help cope with increasing demand to the service.

They are trained paramedics who establish the kind of care a caller may need.
