The event gets underway this weekend
More than 2,000 items of clothing will be up for grabs this weekend as part of the Isle of Man’s biggest ‘swap shop’.
It’s part of efforts to provide affordable fashion in a sustainable way whilst raising money for the Huruma Project, which supports an orphanage in Tanzania.
People are invited to bring unwanted clothes in exchange for tokens which can then be used to buy other donated items.
Minna Perup is the organiser:
The swap shop will run between 25 and 28 August at the Strand Shopping Centre.
