Recent spate of UK deaths prompts warning

The Coastguard is reminding bank holiday weekend revellers about safety in the water.

Ronaldsway Met Office predicts we'll have some sunshine, but it comes with a warning.  

It follows a recent spate of deaths around the UK coastline; including five at Camber Sands in East Sussex this week.

Duty officer Michael McDonald says - luckily - the Island's coast is fairly benign compared to parts of the UK, but that doesn't mean you can be blasé about it:
