Chief Minister hopeful for business restart 'soon'
Non-essential retail and lifestyle businesses could be allowed to open ‘soon’.
The Council of Ministers will meet on Thursday to consider the data.
The majority of lockdown measures are still on track to be lifted on or around 19 April.
However there is a warning this may not apply to hairdressers, barbers and beauticians.
