39-year-old's case going to General Gaol Delivery
Committal proceedings against a Douglas woman accused of conspiring to commit perjury will take place next year.
Lucy Alison Randle-Heslop, of Ballabrooie Avenue, allegedly carried out the offence between August and November 2021.
The 39-year-old has also been charged with fraud by false representation between August and November last year.
Bail was granted until her next court appearance in January when the case will be elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
