There's a unique opportunity from this September for a local student to spend a year working for the Commonwealth Games Association of the Isle of Man.
The CGAIOM is responsible for sending teams to the Commonwealth Games and Commonwealth Youth Games, and now a special internship has been created - which will allow one lucky student to work with the organisation.
The 44-week placement has been jointly funded by Isle of Man Sport and eqUIP, a Commonwealth Games initiative - which is creating internships all over the Commonwealth.
The successful applicant will join others for a week's training in Europe when they take up their position.
President of the CGAIOM Juliet Holt explains what sort of person they're looking for:
Candidates could need to declare interests to stand in 2026 General Election
Customs and Excise office to relocate
Douglas man convicted in Island's 'most complex child abuse image investigation'
Temporary lights installed on Douglas promenade
