Two-day event is marking Victim Support IOM's 25th anniversary
The Island's come a long way in tackling domestic abuse in the last decade, according to a consultant in the field.
A two-day conference has started today (11 September) hoping to raise awareness of the issue.
Victim Support Isle of Man says the number of referrals it receives has gone up by 30 percent each year for the last two years.
The charity's hosted the event as part of its 25th anniversary commemorations.
