Balance sheet could grow by half a billion pounds
Conister Bank has applied for a licence to gain access to the UK deposit market.
The process is expected to take about a year.
Subject to approval the move will enable Conister to grow its balance sheet by up to an additional half a billion pounds through a mixture of UK deposits and wholesale funding.
